Payment and Cancellation Policy

After you fill out the booking form, I will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Once we have settled on a day and time that works for us both, I will send you the links to my Paypal and Venmo accounts. Payment is required in full at that time to hold your spot.

If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 48 hours before your appointment time and receive a full refund.

If you cancel after that time, we can reschedule the appointment, or you can forfeit the payment.

The reasons for this policy are two-fold. First, it enables me to make a living. When people schedule appointments and cancel at the last minute, that is work time I can’t get back. I value your time, you value mine. That is part of the exchange.

Second, this policy is intended to hold you accountable to your own work. You have come to me for a reason. Self-knowledge can be scary and the urge to back away from it can be strong. As my friend and coach puts it, “this policy is intended to overcome your resistance to receiving the work.”
