Hello and thank you for visiting.

My name is Kirsten. I am a human person (she/they), astrologer, tarot reader, witch, animist, dirt worshipper, writer, seamstress, builder, lover and explorer living on the ancestral lands of the Nisqually and Squaxin Island peoples in Olympia, Washington.

In 2019 I am transitioning my life to a small organic vegetable farm in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire; the ancestral lands of the Abenaki and Penacook peoples.

I offer astrological counseling services that combine astrology with tarot, spellwork, deep conversation and more. I also offer written astrological reports and tarot readings.

Astrology is one of the great passions and joys of my life.  I've been studying for close to 20 years, and have been fortunate to work with Amy Herring, Dena DeCastro and Steven Forrest.
Astrology is a tool to allow us to tap into the intuitive truths we already know, and a map to guide us when we are lost.  I don't know how it works, or why.  Everything is alive, and has wisdom to share with us if we only listen.  The trees speak the wisdom of staying rooted in the ground as the river tells the joy of ever moving.  The stars speak as well, in this awesome and complicated system that humans have discovered and honed over thousands of years.  Astrology is a beautiful gift and I use my knowledge with humble gratitude.

As an uber-Sagittarius (sun, moon, mercury, uranus and ascendant) I am always learning. My practice is informed by whatever exciting new thing I'm studying and all of those that came before. These include Evolutionary Astrology, ecology and ecopoetics, Ancestral Lineage Healing, the Reclaiming tradition, poetry, literature, cognitive behavioral therapy, and many more.

I have a Bachelor's of Art from the Evergreen State College, but I've learned as much from the trees as I did in the classroom.
